By accessing, browsing, or using this website, or by placing an order for any Mecoriq platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Buyer” or “User”) and Mecoriq Robotics (“Mecoriq”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products.
1. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
All design, text, images, videos, software code, mechatronic diagrams, baseline algorithms, and other technical content provided on this website are the copyrighted work of Mecoriq Robotics. You are granted a limited license to use the content as an educational source, provided that you include appropriate copyright notices and proper credits to Mecoriq. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal sanctions.
2. Technical Disclaimer
The content of this website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors regarding hardware specifications. While we strive for accuracy, Mecoriq does not warrant the completeness or reliability of any information. The use of technical information provided here—particularly for the dynamic control of physical hardware—is at the sole risk and responsibility of the end user. Mecoriq assumes no responsibility for damages or similar situations resulting from the application of technical data sourced from this website.

4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Mecoriq Robotics, its management, engineers, employees, or representatives be liable for any compensatory, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profit, damage to property, including physical laboratory hardware, or claims of third parties) arising out of the use of this website or the purchase and application of Mecoriq products, even if Mecoriq has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Mecoriq website may contain links to external websites operated by other parties. These links are provided solely for your convenience. Mecoriq makes no representations or warranties regarding these sites, their content, or their security practices.
6. Sales Terms, Custom Orders, and Returns Policy
6.1. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
All mechatronic platforms, hardware components, and integrated laboratory systems sold by Mecoriq (including but not limited to Stewart Platforms and Furuta Pendulums) are classified as custom-made or made-to-order products, engineered based on specific client laboratory requirements.
Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
6.2. No Right of Return or Cancellation
Due to the highly specialized and custom nature of our hardware, Mecoriq strictly reserves the right to refuse any return requests, order cancellations, or exchange requests for non-defective products once an order has been placed into production.
6.3. Limited and Conditional Refunds
In exceptionally rare circumstances, and strictly at the sole and absolute discretion of Mecoriq management, a limited refund may be considered. Approved refunds, if any, are strictly limited and subject to the following conditions:
- A hefty restocking and custom engineering fee (minimum 35% of the total order value) will be deducted.
- The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with all seals intact, within 14 days of delivery.
- Under no circumstances will Mecoriq refund original shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or installation fees.
7. Warranty Repairs, Maintenance, and Shipping Costs
7.1. Hardware Failure and Maintenance
Mecoriq guarantees that its products will perform substantially in accordance with official technical specifications for a designated warranty period. In the event of hardware malfunction or failure requiring inspection, repair, or warranty service, the product must be returned to the manufacturer.
7.2. Buyer’s Sole Responsibility for Shipping and Customs
The Buyer (end-user) accepts full and sole financial and logistical responsibility for all costs associated with returning the product to Mecoriq for repair, maintenance, or warranty service, and for the subsequent return shipping back to the Buyer.
This includes, without limitation:
- Packaging: Secure and appropriate packaging to prevent transit damage.
- Shipping Fees: All shipping costs (from the Buyer to Mecoriq and from Mecoriq back to the Buyer).
- Customs Duties and Taxes: All associated customs duties, import/export taxes, brokerage fees, and administrative charges levied by any jurisdiction (both for the entry into Mecoriq’s repair facility and re-entry into the Buyer’s country).
